“The 2nd National US tour of West Side Story is a condensed orchestration, which is from the 2009 Broadway revival. In the revival there where two percussionists plus drums. On this tour, we only have one percussionist, David Vincola, and myself on drums. There are quite a few percussion parts written into my book, including triangle, finger cymbals, guiro, tambourine, woodblock, cowbells and pitched concert toms.

It is a great and challenging book to play!
